Even though my current portfolio leans into editorial, particularly picture books and children's book illustrations, I am incredibly passionate about traditional and so-called old-school animation.
It is always an immense joy and incredibly fulfilling to teach these art forms to a younger generation.

Kids who are passionate about video games particularly love this course. It creates a wonderful opportunity to connect with and teach them about the history of their hobby, as well as give them skills and knowledge to deepen their appreciation for this art form.

Comic Creation

By learning the ins and outs of comic creation, students also learn the basics of story construction, framing, composition, and traditional drawing techniques, which form the basis of other visual mediums.
The workshops listed on this page are designed to take place in a group setting, and the time frames can range from a single afternoon to longer than a week. I work primarily with schools, cultural institutions, and companies. However, on occasion, I can give private lessons to individuals.
